§2. Definitions
Seller – Home Screen Magdalena Cylke, based in Koszalin.
Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making purchases in the Store.
Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase unrelated to business activity.
Store – the online store available at homescreen.pl.
Goods – products offered in the Store.
Order – the Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a sales contract.
Sales contract – a contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the Store.
§3. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Store, placing orders, delivery, payments, withdrawal from the contract, and complaints.
The Store allows purchases both with account registration and without registration (as a guest).
To use the Store, a device with Internet access, a web browser, and an active email account are required.
The Customer is obliged to provide truthful data. Providing false data constitutes a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
The Customer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with the law and good practices, respecting the rights of third parties.
Prices in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys.
§4. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To place an order: select the Goods, add them to the cart, fill out the order form, choose the delivery and payment method, and then confirm the order.
After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming receipt of the order.
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order if false data is provided or if it is impossible to contact the Customer.
§5. Prices and Payments
Product prices in the Store are gross prices and do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are provided separately when placing an order.
Available payment methods:
• Bank transfer
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• BLIK
• Fast online transfer (Przelewy24, PayU)
• Cash on delivery
The Customer is obliged to make payment within 3 days of placing the order (does not apply to cash on delivery). After this period, the order may be cancelled.
Order processing begins after payment is credited to the Seller's account or after order confirmation (for cash on delivery).
§6. Delivery
DELIVERY WITHIN POLAND
Available delivery methods:
• InPost Courier
• InPost Parcel Locker®
• Orlen Paczka
• Pickup at Żabka (handled by DHL)
For orders over 100 PLN, delivery within Poland is free.
DELIVERY TO OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
For orders shipped outside Poland, only courier delivery is available.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Order processing time depends on product availability and is displayed in the cart for each product. For orders containing products with different processing times, the entire order will be shipped after all products are collected (with the longest processing time).
Delivery cost is provided when placing an order and depends on the selected delivery method.
If the ordered Goods are unavailable, the Seller will inform the Customer within 24 hours and refund all paid funds.
The Customer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt. In case of damage, a damage report should be prepared with the courier.
§7. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period runs from the day the Consumer takes possession of the Goods.
To withdraw from the contract, the Consumer should submit a withdrawal statement (e.g., by email or in writing).
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned Goods should be in an undamaged condition, as delivered to the Customer – in original packaging, with complete equipment and documentation.
The Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if damage or signs of use of the Goods are found:
• 20% of value – for minor signs of use
• 35% of value – for visible damage
• 50% of value – for significant damage affecting functionality
The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods.
The Seller refunds payments (reduced by any deductions for damage), including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest), no later than 14 days from receiving the returned Goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to Goods manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or serving to meet individualized needs.
§8. Complaints
The Seller is responsible for defects in the Goods based on warranty provisions.
Complaints can be submitted by email to [email protected] or in writing to the Seller's address.
The complaint should include:
• Customer data (name, surname, address)
• Date of purchase
• Description of the complained Goods
• Description of the defect and date of its discovery
• Customer's request (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund)
The Seller processes the complaint within 14 days of its receipt. No response within this period means acceptance of the complaint.
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller repairs or replaces the Goods, reduces the price, or refunds the amount.
§9. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
The Consumer has the option to use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims.
The Consumer may contact:
• The Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings
• A permanent consumer arbitration court at the provincial inspector of Trade Inspection
• The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK)
The Consumer may also use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
All disputes will be resolved by Polish courts with jurisdiction in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure.
§10. Personal Data
The Seller is the administrator of personal data.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, complaint handling, and, with the Customer's consent, for marketing purposes.

§11. Newsletter
The Customer may consent to receiving a newsletter containing information about news and promotions.
Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary and free.
The Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting the Seller.
§12. Price and Terms Changes
The Seller reserves the right to change product prices and delivery costs. Changes do not apply to orders already placed.
The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect 14 days after publication on the Store's website.
For orders placed before the changes take effect, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing the order apply.
§13. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions take effect on January 1, 2026.
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
The content of these Terms and Conditions is available on the Store's website and may be preserved by printing or saving to a data carrier.
